Please do not ship returns to any other address unless instructed in writing by our team.
Unless your item arrived damaged/defective or we made a fulfillment error, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt. NH Collections is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at info@nh-collections.com with photos so we can make it right.

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item (once approved) and place a new order for the desired item. We do not hold inventory for exchanges.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.
If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship (additional postage applies) or refund the item price minus original shipping once received and inspected.
