Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
- Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
Shipping Locations
- We only ship within the United States
Undeliverable or Wrong Address
- Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, we can reship it (additional postage applies) or refund the item price minus original shipping costs.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at info@nh-collections.com with your order details and photos (if applicable).
- We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and work toward a resolution.
Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, we may ship them separately to ensure faster delivery. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
